2. Industrial Vacuuming — removing dust, dust mites, and fine particles from the entire surface using an industrial HEPA vacuum.

3. Steam Cleaning — hot steam at 100°C+ kills bacteria, mould, and germs without harmful chemicals.

4. UV-C Sterilisation — ultraviolet C light destroys the DNA of remaining microorganisms. Hospital-grade sterilisation.

5. Quality Control — final inspection. Mattresses must be clean, dry, and odour-free before being packed.
