Mattress Cleaning Workflow

Every physical mattress returned to our laundry/storage facility after being collected from a previous customer is never immediately rented out to the next customer the following day. Here is our process:

1. UV Sun Drying Foam mattresses are aired out and rotated in the yard, exposed to bright ultraviolet sunlight. Sunlight is highly effective at eliminating moisture, microscopic mould, and pesky fungi.

2. Deep-Vacuuming Using a vacuum cleaner equipped with heavy-duty mite-suction technology. All lint, pollen, dead skin cells, micro-parasites, and even kapok dust are completely sucked away from deep within the foam's pores!

3. Cover & Bed Sheet Laundry (Hot Wash) All outer fabrics, package sheets, and pillow covers are stripped off immediately and sent to the laundry facility. They are washed using a fabric-specific antibacterial detergent at a warm temperature to comprehensively destroy any bed bug eggs.

4. Disinfectant Spray & Scented Extract Once clean, white, and dried, the mattress is sprayed with a hotel-grade germ-killing disinfectant mist, finished with a touch of fresh laundry fragrance. You won't be sleeping with someone else's sweat odour, but rather the scent of chamomile or lavender.

5. Sealed Plastic Wrapping Our clients' favourite part: the mattress is delivered tightly wrapped in a large, secure plastic seal to ensure no mud, road dust, or rain splashes from the courier's car or motorbike get onto it. The plastic is only ripped open at your location!
